Process

Step One

After the initial call, if you are happy to move forward, you will receive a proposal, contract, and invoice which will reserve your space in my calendar and we can get started on your account.

Step Two

You'll receive a questionnaire that will help me understand your business, goals, target audience—Your answers will help me create content, create your hashtags & optimise your account and write copy in your business's tone of voice.

Step Three

Based on your answers, I will cover any remaining questions I have left and then we will go through a content strategy for the month to come including any key dates that are in your diary.

Are your captions looking boring? 1-1 training can help you! 2 hrs of pure Instagram knowledge covering 13 different topics, a great start for a business owner wanting to give their page some momentum. End your training ready to tackle Instagram head-on!
STRATEGY SESSION: (1 hrs) I will teach you EXACTLY what we provide for our Instagram management clients. If you’d LOVE to have your page fully managed by Virtually All For You but that’s a little out of your budget at the moment, then why not learn how to manage your own account to the same, INCREDIBLE gram level! The results speak for themselves..
Like with every single form of marketing/training, no results are guaranteed. What we can guarantee is our promise to give you ALL of the information you need & to stay current & topped up in the latest Instagram rules & techniques. After training, it really is over to you… Nothing worth having comes without hard work. If you implement everything you learn from me, stay focused & work hard then the sky’s the limit!

All contracts work on a month-to-month basis. If you would like to cancel your Social Media Management with Virtually All For You then please give 1 months notice via email or message. This way we can prepare and arrange a smooth offboarding process.
Yes, I write and create all the content for you along with the ideas. I will ask you for content such as videos for Reels, pictures for the grid, and stories. You will upload this content into a shared iCloud folder.
It would be very unlikely that you would be unhappy with the content provided due to the intense onboarding process and questionnaire. But in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the content, unfortunately, not as the work will have already been carried out and deliverables received.
